Dr. Lauri Mendelzon graduated from Texas A&M University, College of Veterinary Medicine in 2006 after early acceptance into their veterinary program. After graduation, she spent the next 8 years working in emergency medicine. She also worked as a relief veterinarian all over the Austin area before joining our hospital team in 2012. In addition to her extensive emergency experience, she also has an interest in internal medicine and radiology. Dr. Mendelzon is licensed in the state of Texas and is also USDA accredited. 

Dr. Mendelzon is the proud owner of a beautiful black lab named CJ. In her spare time, she loves taking him swimming and doing scent work training with him. She hopes to one day be able to do search and rescue with him. She also has a mild addiction to HGTV and interior design.
